SureCheck Ltd offers a range of Non Destructive Testing services to the welding & fabrication industry at our fully equipped test facility in Cannock, Staffordshire or onsite at customer premises or site locations.
We specialise in volumetric testing techniques, such as Radiographic Testing (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Our surface inspection methods include Magnetic Particle Testing (MT/MPI), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT/DPI), Positive Material Identification (PMI) and Visual Weld Inspection (VT).
We’re conveniently situated close to the Midlands motorway network and sited close to the M6 and M6 Toll road. Our technicians carry out all activities and work within all the necessary health & safety requirements that are applied within the industry. Our central location, means we are well positioned to provide fast turn around either on site or off site, across the UK.
Types Of Non Destructive Testing
Qualified Technicians & A Proven Track Record
All our technicians are qualified to the PCN certification scheme, (Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing) in the relevant disciplines. The PCN scheme, owned by BINDT (British Institute of NDT), is an internationally recognised scheme under ISO 9712 certification requirements.
Our technicians hold PCN certification up to and including level 3. We also have PCN welding inspectors (certified under ISO/IEC 17024) who are certified up to and including level 2. In addition to the PCN scheme qualifications, many of the SureCheck team hold ASNT certification for working under ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) systems.
With a proven track record in testing and 20 years in trading, SureCheck operates under a UKAS accredited QMS system in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001. We also comply with BS EN ISO 17635 requirements, to operate under a quality control system and demonstrate impartiality from production.
